Peter Lynch

Peter Lynch is the Director and Principal Solicitor of Northcote Lawyers, a boutique firm known for delivering cost-effective legal solutions with a strong emphasis on personalised client service. With experience gained from practicing in prominent city law firms and serving as in-house counsel for various corporations in both Melbourne and Sydney, Peter brings a well-rounded perspective to his practice. Peter’s approach to legal matters is both passionate and innovative, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients in a timely and efficient manner. His expertise covers areas including wills disputes, business law, planning and development law, and conveyancing. Beyond his legal career, Peter is deeply committed to community involvement and currently serves as President of the Westgarth Traders Association, where he represents and advocates for local business owners. When he is not working, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and values quality moments with his wife, young daughter, and their Labrador, Banjo. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
