About Raffaele
Raffaele Di Renzo is the Director of Nova Legal, leading the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with a career spanning over two decades since his admission to practice in 1999. Before establishing Nova Legal, Raffaele was a director at a boutique corporate law firm in Perth and honed his expertise in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution division of Norton Rose, a prominent national law firm.
Raffaele is well-versed in managing substantial litigation cases in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, particularly those involving contractual disputes, director and shareholder disagreements, oppression actions, and matters concerning restraint and debt recovery. His extensive experience extends to representing clients across various jurisdictions, including the Court of Appeal of WA, the District Court of WA, the Magistrates Court of WA, the Federal Magistrates Court, and the Federal Court of Australia.
He offers his expertise to a diverse clientele, encompassing creditors, debtors, directors, credit managers, and insolvency practitioners, addressing a wide range of solvency issues. Raffaele's practice focuses on Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, Reconstruction & Recovery, and Debt Recovery.
Educationally, Raffaele holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Curtin University, a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University, and he is advancing his education with a Master of Laws from The University of Western Australia. A CPA member of the Australian Society of CPAs, Raffaele is also actively involved with the Australian Institute of Credit Management, serving as the Vice President of its WA Division.
