About Renee
Renee Legg is the Principal Partner at Novum Law Group, bringing over three decades of legal expertise to her role. Her legal journey began in 1991 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics at Monash University. Renee initially honed her skills at a boutique firm in Melbourne, before moving to the eastern suburbs where she provided legal services to private clients, property developers, and businesses for more than 22 years. Her commitment to her clients and her collaborative style paved the way for her rapid ascent into leadership positions, including directorship at a well-regarded firm in Ringwood. In 2007, Renee became an accredited specialist in property law, though her practice spans various legal domains, with a focus on property law, wills and estates, and small business legal advisory. During her tenure at firms such as Aughtersons Solicitors and Holt & McDonald Lawyers, Renee developed a reputation for fostering strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal solutions. Her leadership skills and legal acumen culminated in her current position at Novum Law Group, where she continues to lead with integrity and dedication. Renee maintains active involvement with the Law Institute of Victoria, reflecting her commitment to the professional community. When not immersed in her legal practice, she enjoys reading, music, cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.
