

Nat Ballard, a dedicated legal professional and lifelong resident of Penrith, is the Director at Novus Law Group Australia. Her approach to legal services is innovative, focusing on delivering value and efficiency without the traditional overheads of a conventional firm. In 2000, Nat began her career in Parramatta, honing her skills in banking and finance law. She later joined Maurice Blackburn, handling complex corporate litigation, particularly product liability cases across Australia and the USA. Transitioning to banking finance litigation, Nat provided services to major banks, expertly managing document preparation and litigation. In 2009, she returned to the suburbs, using her expertise to support local clients. Beyond her legal career, Nat is an active community member, serving as a Director for the Western Sydney Business Centre, and contributing to the Penrith Giants Junior AFL Club and the Luke Priddis Foundation. She also founded Penrith Lady Lawyers. Since 2020, Nat has served as General Counsel for Borger Cranes, where she established the internal legal department, advising on diverse legal issues from employment to commercial leasing.
