About Ines
Ines Nikolic is the Solicitor Director at Oakbridge Lawyers Pty Ltd and an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. With extensive experience in various legal disciplines, Ines has honed her expertise in commercial litigation, particularly focusing on debt recovery. Her meticulous attention to detail and determination to secure optimal outcomes for her clients underscore her approach to practice. Ines excels under pressure, takes the time to understand her clients' needs, and has a unique ability to demystify complex legal issues, always aiming to achieve the most commercially viable results.
Ines completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Wollongong in 2016, complemented by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Her professional journey includes significant roles at Oakbridge Lawyers Pty Ltd, where she has served as a Solicitor Director and previously as a Senior Associate. Before joining Oakbridge, Ines gained valuable experience at Force Legal Pty Ltd, where her roles progressed from Solicitor to Senior Associate, and at George Sten & Co Criminal Defence Lawyers.
Ines's early career included meaningful international experience as a Public Information Clerk and Intern at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in Sarajevo. A member of the Law Society of New South Wales, Ines continues to contribute actively to her field through her practice areas in dispute resolution, credit management, and insolvency matters. Outside of her professional commitments, Ines enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and embracing the outdoors.
