Mr Damien O'Dea is the Principal of the firm and brings a wealth of experience and a diverse educational background to his practice. With studies in Law, Property, and Behavioural Science, Damien offers a comprehensive approach to legal issues, ensuring that clients receive informed and holistic advice.
After graduating from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Laws/Legal Practice in 2007, Damien was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia, as well as the High Court of Australia. His practice is underpinned by extensive experience in high-end commercial litigation and a strong grounding in Family Law.
Damien's passion for Property Law is evident, and he prides himself on his comprehensive understanding of its various facets. His personal experiences in Family Law enable him to deliver a deeply empathetic and personalised service to his clients.

Outside the office, Damien maintains a commitment to fitness and enjoys mountain biking both locally and abroad. He is also an avid enthusiast of Radio Control Off Road Car Racing, having competed at national and international levels, including two world title events in 2019 and 2023.
