Tayla Oliver

Tayla Oliver is the Director and Licensed Conveyancer at Oliver & Co. Conveyancing, a firm she founded in 2019, bringing her expertise and passion for property to the Cessnock community. With her family roots firmly planted in the area for four generations, Tayla is dedicated to helping her local community achieve their property ambitions. Her background as a former real estate agent fuels her enthusiasm for guiding clients through the intricacies of property transactions. Her career began as a Legal Secretary at Oliver Campbell Heslop Solicitors, where she honed her legal acumen over several years. Prior to founding her firm, Tayla gained extensive experience in real estate as a Sales Executive and Marketing Coordinator at Sternbeck's Real Estate. These roles equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the property market and client relations. Tayla holds an Associate's degree in Law from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing from the University of New England. She also completed various qualifications in business and property services from TAFE NSW, enhancing her skills in legal administration and retail services. Beyond her professional commitments, Tayla serves as the Newcastle/Hunter Chapter Co-ordinator for AFS Intercultural Programs, demonstrating her commitment to fostering community connections and intercultural understanding.
