Stuart is passionate about guiding people through the often overwhelming legal landscape associated with a family breakdown. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales. He has worked exclusively in Family Law since 2018 having worked at a specialist boutique family law firm prior to joining O’Loan Family Law in 2025. As a result, he has extensive experience in all aspects of family law including:- * Financial matters, including complex matters involving high net worth property pools, trust and corporate structures, self-managed superannuation funds, share options and international components; * Child support; * Spouse maintenance; and * Parenting matters, including relocation cases. Understanding the emotion, stress and upset that is typically involved with separation, Stuart adopts a personal, solutions-focused approach to his legal practice and prides himself on providing smart, clear and pragmatic advice to clients that is tailored to their individual circumstances. As a certified Parenting Coordinator and trained in Collaborative Practice, Stuart is trusted and well equipped to help clients resolve disputes out-of-court by way of mediation and negotiation.
