Sarah is the director and owner of One Step Conveyancing Services, bringing over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, with more than a decade as a Licensed Conveyancer. Since founding One Step Conveyancing in 2015 from her home study, Sarah has grown the business into a reputable practice overseeing a team of four employees and providing thorough guidance in property transactions. A lifelong resident of the Coffs Coast, Sarah is well regarded within the local community. She supports several junior sporting organisations and plays an active role in the business community. Sarah is dedicated to delivering high-quality and efficient service to her clients, ensuring every conveyancing transaction is handled with professionalism, care, and responsiveness. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, embracing the beach lifestyle, travelling, cooking, walking her dog, and maintaining a healthy and active approach to life.
