Tracey O'Neill

Tracey O’Neill is the Principal of the firm, bringing over 28 years of extensive experience in corporate and commercial law as well as property-related transactions. Throughout her career, Tracey has worked closely with a diverse client base, ranging from private individuals and small to medium enterprises to larger unlisted corporations. She has also served as in-house general counsel for an ASX-listed company, providing valuable insight into the corporate sector. Tracey’s expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of legal areas. She is well-versed in property-related matters including acquisitions, leasing, mortgage transactions, and property developments. Her corporate transactional experience includes managing structured mergers and acquisitions, as well as the sale of corporate interests for both public entities and private clients across Australia and New Zealand. In addition to corporate work, Tracey provides guidance on estate matters focusing on elder law essentials such as wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianships. She also advises on general corporate issues including governance, business integration following acquisitions, due diligence, risk mitigation, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, and supply and trading agreements. Tracey’s practice further extends to employment law, where she assists with executive agreements, and to commercial and general litigation, with a particular emphasis on Federal and Supreme Court jurisdictions.
