David Fan

David Fan is a partner at Origo Law, where he focuses on commercial litigation and construction disputes. He also represents company directors and high-net-worth individuals facing white collar crime charges. David is known for his proficiency in handling complex commercial and property disputes, as well as building and construction matters. He has successfully represented clients in litigation, adjudication, and various alternative dispute resolution processes. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, David has significant experience in assisting international clients with both domestic and cross-border disputes. Before his tenure at Origo Law, David served as a senior litigation lawyer at a national firm. His career began as a paralegal, progressing to notable roles in leading law firms such as Chamberlains Law Firm and Douros Jackson Lawyers.
