Craig Smith serves as a Partner at O'Shea & Partners, where his expertise in property, agriculture, and wills and estates law is highly valued. With over four decades of experience, Craig has been instrumental in the successful acquisition of diverse properties, including office buildings, shopping centres, and expansive cattle and cropping estates across Australia. Since 2018, Craig has led the property team at O'Shea & Partners, providing a comprehensive suite of property law services. Prior to this, he was the owner of Broadley Rees Hogan, where he spent a decade focusing on property law in the Greater Brisbane area. His career also includes 15 years as a partner with Hogan Besley Boyd, previously known as Bain Gasteen Smith, where he honed his skills in property and commercial law. Craig's academic credentials include a Master of Laws from The University of Queensland, and he was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1975.
