Susan O’Toole

Susan O’Toole holds a Bachelor of Arts (Juris) and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. With over 20 years of legal experience, Susan has developed extensive expertise in civil matters across various courts, ranging from the Magistrates Court Minor Civil jurisdiction to the High Court of Australia. She also has experience appearing before the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT), particularly in matters relating to Dogs, Cats and Councils. To enhance her ability to support the firm’s insolvency practitioners, Susan has completed the Post Graduate Insolvency Education Program through ARITA and QUT. Her comprehensive legal background and additional qualifications enable her to provide well-rounded assistance across a broad spectrum of legal issues.
