Eleni Overell

Eleni Overell is the Principal Solicitor with a wealth of experience in the legal profession, having commenced her journey in 2004. Initially working as a secretary for solicitors, Eleni discovered her passion for law, leading her to pursue a Certificate IV in Legal Services and an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. Following these qualifications, she completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney, now known as Western Sydney University. Throughout her career, Eleni has collaborated with esteemed solicitors, law firms, and barristers across New South Wales and Australia. Her dedication to the legal field has allowed her to represent individuals in need of expert guidance through complex legal matters. She has extensive practice in Property Law, Wills, Probate and Estate matters, Criminal Law, Traffic Law, Family Law, Dispute Resolution and Litigation, and Commercial Law. Notably, Eleni also served as a prosecutor for Roads Maritime Services for over three years. Eleni is admitted to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Her commitment to professional excellence is further demonstrated by her membership with the Law Society of New South Wales. Dedicated to serving her community, Eleni is also on the NSW Legal Aid Panel, offering assistance with legal aid applications to those in need.
