Rushil Bakshi

Rushil Bakshi is an admitted solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, holding a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Laws (Hons) from Amity University, India. With experience in both Australian and Indian legal systems, Rushil brings a diverse and adaptable approach to legal practice. He completed his Practical Legal Training at the Inner-City Legal Centre, where he supported clients in areas including criminal, employment, and civil law. His responsibilities involved drafting legal documents, preparing subpoena applications, assisting in case preparation, and supporting solicitors in providing legal assistance to vulnerable clients. This work deepened his commitment to social justice and the use of law in service of the community. Rushil has also gained valuable experience through internships at prominent legal firms in India, handling matters related to arbitration, insolvency, and corporate litigation. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, strong legal research and drafting capabilities, and client-focused, empathetic approach, Rushil is bilingual in English and Hindi, enhancing his ability to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
