I'm Francisco. I'm a personal injury lawyer, but helping people figure out where to start and where to go next is what I really love doing. I grew up in Melbourne with Chilean parents, speaking Spanish at home and English everywhere else. I've spent over a decade in law, on both sides of the personal injury system; I know how insurers think and how they work, so I also know how to protect your rights. I built Pápico because I kept watching people go under-served. Injured workers who didn't know their rights. Spanish-speaking families who couldn't find help in their language. People who just needed someone to sit down with them and explain what the hell was going on. That's the job I actually love.
