He has worked as a freelance inhouse counsel for various high-growth listed and unlisted technology businesses. In addition to his inhouse legal and corporate advisory experience, Matthew has a strong background in corporate restructures, establishing and maintaining joint ventures, as well as acquisitions and disposals. Having worked in the Shanghai office of a major international firm, he also possesses significant cross-border experience in technology business law.
