Prasad Pahalawela

Prasad Pahalawela serves as the Principal Solicitor and Director, bringing a wealth of experience across multiple legal arenas. Prasad's career began in Sri Lanka, where he became an Attorney-at-Law to the Supreme Court and served as a State Counsel in the Attorney General's department, undertaking civil and criminal cases. Alongside this, he managed a private practice, engaging in civil trials, industrial disputes, and criminal defence. Upon migrating to Australia, Prasad furthered his legal qualifications at the University of Sydney, leading to his admittance as a solicitor in New South Wales. His Australian tenure includes significant experience in immigration law, particularly within Sydney’s competitive market. Notably, Prasad was a principal solicitor at a NSW firm, showcasing his leadership in legal services. From 2019 to 2021, Prasad contributed to Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers as an Immigration Lawyer, where he handled diverse visa applications and Administrative Appeals Tribunal matters.
