Sam Capell

Sam Capell is a solicitor with experience in criminal and traffic law, as well as child protection proceedings. She began her career in 2019 at a firm focused on criminal defence, where she developed a strong foundation in representing clients facing serious charges. In 2024, Sam served as an Associate to His Honour Judge Chowdhury in the Beenleigh District Court, gaining valuable insight into courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making. Sam regularly appears in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, advocating on behalf of her clients with diligence and professionalism. She is known for her empathetic approach, recognising the distinct circumstances of each client and adapting her strategy to best meet their individual needs. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
