Michelle Marsich

Michelle Marsich is a dedicated solicitor at Pascoe Legal, joining the firm in 2022. She possesses extensive expertise in legal costs, a field she has focused on since 1997. Michelle holds an Associate Diploma of Business in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Her professional journey includes significant roles, such as Manager of the Perth LawSupport group at a large multinational law firm. In this capacity, she managed electronic documents and supervised document management teams while handling most of the firm’s legal costs work across both litigious and non-litigious domains. Michelle's career also includes a tenure as a senior law clerk at the Bar and a law practice in Western Australia, where she specialised exclusively in legal costs. Her work primarily involved complex Supreme and Federal Court assessments, special costs, security for costs applications, and creating costs agreement precedents. Committed to the advancement of legal education, she has delivered seminars for the Law Society of Western Australia and contributed articles to the Law Society’s Brief publication, demonstrating her dedication to the legal profession and sharing her vast knowledge with her peers.
