Anthony Murdoch

Anthony Murdoch is the Director of Patten Robins, bringing over a decade of litigation experience across superior and first instance jurisdictions, including government assignments. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, a graduate diploma in legal practice, and a Master of Laws specialising in global business. Additionally, Anthony has completed tertiary qualifications in management, finance broking and celebrancy. His expertise encompasses jurisdictional appeals, trusts, and a broad range of commercial litigation, which allows him to effectively assist clients from small businesses to large enterprises. As Principal of Patten Robins, Anthony fosters a conciliatory approach to legal practice, focusing on achieving the most efficient outcome for clients. Beyond his role at Patten Robins, Anthony serves as Director of Coast to Coast Conveyancing, Special Counsel to Maeve O’Brien & Associates Family Lawyers, and actively contributes to the community as Vice President of Burke and Beyond, a disability charity serving Melbourne’s Eastern region. Outside work, Anthony enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four young children.
