Natasha Andres is a Senior Associate in the Wills and Estates team, bringing comprehensive experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a focus on Wills and Estates, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. With over ten years of litigation experience, Natasha has a strong background prosecuting matters in the Magistrates Court on behalf of various Victorian Government Departments. She now dedicates her practice to all aspects of Wills and Estates, including estate planning, administration, and litigation representing beneficiaries. Natasha has a particular interest in Elder Law and regularly meets with clients in their homes, aged care facilities, or hospitals, ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity and respect. She collaborates closely with Associate Dikki Fung to provide thorough and personalised legal support.
