

Alexandar Labuzin is a partner at Paul & Labuzin Lawyers, established with Andrew Paul in 2019. Alex holds degrees in Law and Accounting and is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. With a deep connection to Western Sydney, where he both lives and works, Alex is committed to representing clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. He brings a passion to his practice in property and criminal law, further demonstrated by his involvement with the NSW Legal Aid Criminal Law Panel. Alex has a broad range of legal expertise, having handled both straightforward and intricate cases across urban and rural NSW. His courtroom experience is extensive, with appearances in numerous judicial bodies including Local Courts, District Courts, the NSW Supreme Court, Children's Courts, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Small Claims Court, Family and Federal Circuit Courts of Australia, and the Land and Environment Court. Additionally, he has represented clients in Victorian courts. Before founding Paul & Labuzin Lawyers, Alex served as a Senior Associate at Andrew Paul Solicitor, and prior to that he was a Solicitor with both GTC Lawyers and The People's Solicitors Pty Ltd. His academic background includes a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Law from Western Sydney University.
