Phillip Roberts is the Principal Solicitor of PCR Law and Associates, a boutique law practice based in the Sydney CBD. His career began with positions at prestigious companies including Deloitte, Woolworths IT Division, and Conway MacCallum, which later became Diamond Conway Lawyers. During these formative years, Phillip honed his skills in advising clients across various domains, notably in technology law, civil litigation, business, property, and family law. His keen interest in Intellectual Property law has been a guiding principle throughout his practice, particularly in commercial and litigation contexts. In 2008, Phillip launched his own firm within Clarence Professional Chambers, now a hub for over 400 lawyers. He continues to provide expert guidance in his core practice areas, with a significant portion of his civil litigation work focusing on wills, estates, and family provisions claims.
