Naomi Pearce is an accomplished leader in intellectual property law, serving as the CEO, Executive Lawyer, and both a Patent and Trade Mark Attorney at Pearce IP, a firm she founded in 2017. With over 25 years of experience, Naomi is distinguished for her expertise in patent law and her incisive understanding of the life sciences sector, drawn from her educational background in molecular biology and biochemistry. Her accolades include recognition in the IAM Patent 1000, IAM Strategy 300, and being named a MIP Patent Star and a WIPR Leader. Among her celebrated achievements, Naomi was honoured as the 2023 Lawyers Weekly IP Partner of the Year and received the 2022 Lexology client choice award for Life Sciences. Under Naomi's guidance, Pearce IP has garnered significant commendations, notably winning "IP Team of the Year" at the 2021 Australian Law Awards.
