With a comprehensive academic background that includes a Bachelor and Master of Commerce, an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney, a Bachelor of Laws from overseas, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Sydney University, he combines practical and academic expertise to deliver exceptional legal services.
Mr Peerzada accumulated significant commercial experience during his eight-year tenure at Telstra, where he collaborated closely with the senior legal counsel. Here, he honed his skills in commercial litigation, contract review, dispute resolution, and negotiation, participating in high-profile litigation, including cases in the Federal and High Courts. Before establishing his practice, he worked with a mid-sized law firm in Sydney and a small practice in Auburn, gaining multifaceted legal experience across family, commercial, property, civil litigation, dispute resolution, criminal, and immigration law.
Active in the community, Mr Peerzada volunteers at Community Legal Centres, providing pro bono assistance to those in need. His strong track record of success in Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Court reviews underscores his dedication to achieving favourable outcomes for his clients. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and Urdu, he effectively communicates with a diverse clientele, reinforcing his commitment to community service.
