Peter Kilmurray

Peter Kilmurray OAM is the Principal and Public Notary at Peter Kilmurray Lawyers. He was admitted to practice in 1979, following over a decade of experience with the Attorney General’s Department, where he worked within the NSW Courts of Petty Sessions. In 1980, Peter co-founded the firm Paul Trisley Kilmurray & Co, which later became Trisley & Kilmurray. With more than 40 years in legal practice, Peter brings extensive knowledge across a broad spectrum of legal areas. His focus is on commercial and property law, wills and estates, including complex estate planning such as the establishment and management of testamentary trusts. He also has significant experience in commercial leasing and civil litigation, providing clients with comprehensive advice tailored to their individual legal needs.
