His journey commenced in 1964, selling real estate alongside his respected father, Tom, on Halifax Street. He quickly progressed, passing the Land Brokers exam in 1965, and has dedicated his career to mastering all facets of real property transactions. Peter's extensive expertise covers new and existing home sales, family transfers, and intricate dealings with strata and community schemes. His proficiency extends to subdivisions, leases, and private mortgages, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of the field. Throughout his career, Peter has demonstrated a commitment to staying ahead of industry changes, including the shift towards Electronic Transactions anticipated in 2016. An experienced practitioner, Peter is not only skilled in legal writing and real estate sales but also in adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of conveyancing. His educational foundation includes a qualification from TAFE and a solid academic background from Woodville High, where he studied Maths, Physics, English, Geography, Social Studies, and Accounting.
