Jak Heng

Jak Heng serves as the Solicitor Director, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong academic background to his role. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2011 after gaining valuable experience as a paralegal since 2006. Jak has a comprehensive educational foundation, having completed the Legal Profession Admission Board's Diploma of Law course. He furthered his expertise with a Master of Laws specialising in Corporate, Commercial, and Taxation from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney. Jak regularly represents clients in both State and Federal courts, where he is known for his exceptional advocacy skills. He provides clients with concise advice and practical legal solutions, consistently striving to advance their goals both in and out of the judicial system. In 2019, Jak expanded his qualifications by becoming a Notary Public, allowing him to assist clients with the certification and validation of documents for international use. Throughout his career, Jak has been dedicated to delivering outstanding legal services. As a Practice Manager at Bee Psyched since March 2022 and a long-standing solicitor with PH Legal since July 2014, Jak's expertise and leadership have been invaluable. His journey in the legal field began as a paralegal at PH Legal, where he honed his skills from 2006 until 2011.
