Peter Pham

Peter Pham is the founding director of the firm, established in 2011 following valuable experience gained at various legal practices. He completed his law degree at Queensland University of Technology in 2004 and was among the last cohort to undertake the two-year articles of clerkship training program, reflecting a strong foundation in practical legal training. Throughout his career, Peter has developed extensive experience across a wide range of legal areas, with a particular focus on commercial and property law and their associated dispute resolution matters. He has acted for a diverse client base, including large corporations, major lenders, as well as small to medium enterprises. His experience encompasses complex property transactions, including purchases, sales, and developments. Additionally, Peter has advised landlords and tenants on commercial and retail leasing arrangements, managing related disputes effectively. Peter is known for providing clear, commercially sensible advice tailored directly to clients’ needs, ensuring practical solutions are delivered efficiently. As the firm’s director, he maintains a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services within a competitive and sensible fee framework. Well connected within the local community, Peter is approachable and dedicated to mentoring junior practitioners, supporting their development in the legal profession. Outside of his professional commitments, Peter enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his family.
