Christine Hilda Smith

Christine Hilda Smith holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University. She further enhanced her legal training by completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction at the Australian National University. Admitted as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of Queensland, Christine maintains a current practising certificate. With close to twenty years of experience working within Government, she has developed a strong focus on employment law. Christine has represented clients before the Fair Work Commission and various tribunals, demonstrating her dedication to this area of law. In addition to her legal practice, Christine has contributed to the field as a published author on health and safety topics. She also shares her knowledge by teaching law part-time at Southern Cross University. Within the office, Christine supports a range of clerical functions alongside managing allocated legal matters.
