George Constantine Pharmacis

George Constantine Pharmacis is the Principal Lawyer at Pharmacis Canning Lawyers, bringing extensive experience across multiple areas of law with a particular focus on family law. He assists clients with a wide range of family law matters including parenting arrangements, property settlements, child support, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, and de facto relationship issues. George is known for delivering personalised and tailored legal advice that meets the unique needs of each client. In addition to his family law expertise, George offers comprehensive business law advice, supporting clients in establishing new businesses, franchises, and managing intellectual property such as copyrights. He also guides clients through commercial disputes and litigation, drawing on many years of practical experience. George holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and completed a Post-Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Bond University. He is admitted to practice law in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Beyond his legal practice, George contributes actively to the community. He serves as Treasurer of the Robina Community Legal Centre Inc and is a Committee Member of Community Legal Centres Queensland. He is also a member of the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Practitioner’s Association of Queensland, and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. His commitment to community service was recognised in 2018 when he was awarded Volunteer of the Year by the Robina Community Legal Centre. Outside of his legal career, George is dedicated to martial arts, which he enjoys pursuing in his limited spare time.
