Mark Sutherland

Mark Sutherland has been a registered migration agent since 1996, bringing extensive experience across a broad range of Australia’s migration programs. His expertise encompasses skilled and employer-sponsored migration, labour agreements, family migration, business skills migration, the global talent scheme, as well as appeals and reviews before various tribunals. Throughout his career, Mark has worked with both small and large firms. He has served as an in-house migration agent for one of Australia’s largest construction companies and has also provided consulting services with one of the country’s leading consulting firms. Mark’s comprehensive understanding of migration law and visa processes, combined with his innovative problem-solving approach, has contributed to a strong track record of success, even in complex and challenging cases. He currently leads the Sydney team of migration agents at Phillip Silver and Associates.
