Her time as a Contracts Administrator in the oil and gas sector honed her skills in contract management and dispute resolution, while her role with the Aboriginal Legal Service deepened her understanding of the legal complexities faced by Indigenous communities.
Avril's multidisciplinary experience is further complemented by her previous career as a Change Management Specialist in the construction maintenance industry, where she led large-scale change initiatives and process improvements. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowan University and completion of legal practice training at The College of Law Australia, equipping her with the necessary skills and knowledge to serve her clients effectively.
