In 2010, Glenn established Platform Advisors, where he has been instrumental in guiding the firm as Managing Director, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. His leadership extends to philanthropic engagements, evidenced by his long-standing role as Board Chair of Anglican Overseas Aid, where he has served since 2018.
