Erin Kerr

Erin Kerr is the Principal Solicitor of the firm, bringing extensive experience in property law and conveyancing across New South Wales and Victoria. She completed an Associate Diploma of Legal Practice through the Legal Professional Admission Board of NSW, affiliated with Sydney University, and was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2015. Prior to admission, Erin worked for several years as a Licensed Conveyancer, which adds depth to her expertise in property transactions. Erin is known for delivering timely, practical, and cost-effective legal advice tailored to her clients’ needs. Since becoming Principal of the firm in 2020, she has also contributed to the wider legal community, having served as President of the Albury District Law Society. Her practice areas include conveyancing, property law, deceased estates, business and commercial law, wills and estate planning, and civil litigation.
