In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in organising the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, a prominent event designated by the Victorian Government. Currently, Tony holds the prestigious position of Chairman of Laworld, an international association comprising over 55 medium-sized law firms and 1,300 lawyers. He has authored significant publications, notably the leading paper in Australia on Small Business CGT – Passing the Threshold Tests and a presentation on Vesting of a Trust for The Tax Institute. His extensive experience over 25 years in IPOs and M&A transactions—both listed and unlisted—cements his standing as a trusted advisor in high-stakes commercial dealings.
