Alison Phillis

Alison Phillis, LL.B., LL.M (Health Law), is a seasoned lawyer and director based in Alice Springs. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a legal practitioner to both the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory and the High Court of Australia in 2001. Alison possesses extensive experience in personal injury litigation, with a particular focus on cases involving medical negligence, worker's compensation, common law motor vehicle claims, and occupier’s liability. Her keen interest in catastrophic injury cases reflects her dedication to securing fair compensation for victims. Recognising the value of efficient resolution, Alison is adept at settling disputes through alternative resolution methods and mediation.
