Renowned for his ability to lead negotiations and manage large-scale transactions and disputes, Tim effectively implements commercial solutions that align with his clients’ goals and the realities of each case.
His noteworthy transactional work includes leading negotiations for a high-rise office building in Sydney’s CBD, a substantial pastoral acquisition, and handling multifaceted share disposals. In leasing, Tim represents significant property holding entities and agricultural partnerships, ensuring meticulous contract drafting and negotiation.
