Edwin Nelson

Edwin brings several years of experience advising and acting in estate planning law. His expertise includes providing advice on disputed estates, drafting complex wills, establishing testamentary trusts, and managing powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, and probate matters. He is particularly adept at handling cases involving clients with capacity issues. In addition to his estate planning work, Edwin has extensive experience preparing loan documents, employment contracts, private mortgages, and family trusts. He is also well-versed in family law and debt recovery and has gained valuable experience in commercial and corporate litigation. Edwin’s background also includes working in the credit repair industry, as well as serving as a political staffer and consultant for Local, State, and Federal politicians. He currently serves as Deputy Chair of the Constitutional Standing Committee for the New South Wales Division of the Liberal Party of Australia.
