Mark Haines was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria in October 2020. He graduated from Deakin University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, earning Distinction. Mark brings a diverse range of professional experiences from hospitality, education, public service, information technology, and government policy. This broad background equips him with a well-rounded understanding that enhances his ability to provide thoughtful and practical advice, particularly in the areas of Estate Planning and Family Law. He takes a pragmatic approach, appreciating that each client has a distinct story and individual circumstances. Mark is dedicated to delivering personalised guidance that reflects the unique needs of every client, ensuring that legal solutions align with their specific situations. This client-focused approach is central to Mark’s work, allowing him to remain responsive and attentive to the evolving requirements of those he represents. Outside of his legal career, Mark is passionate about history and enjoys listening to audiobooks. He also values spending quality time with his family, engaging in wine and cheese tastings, and following a variety of sports.
