Kim Oldroyd

Kim Oldroyd is the Principal Solicitor and Director Owner of QC Law, practising across Gold Coast and Brisbane. With over 20 years of experience, Kim focuses on Property Law, Commercial and Business Law, and Wills and Estate Administration. She manages a broad range of property matters including interstate transactions, large off-the-plan developments, self-managed superannuation fund acquisitions, and rural purchases. In the commercial sphere, Kim advises on business sales and purchases, option agreements, leasing, industrial land acquisitions, franchising, and various business contracts, with a particular interest in supporting first-time business owners. Kim also prepares Wills, including testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, advanced health directives, and provides advice for probate and estate administration matters. Admitted to the High Court of Australia, she holds degrees from Southern Cross University and Queensland University of Technology. An active member of the Queensland Law Society, Kim has been recognised as a finalist in the Gold Coast Girls in Business awards and contributes to the Members Advisory Council for PEXA Queensland. She also serves as a Director of Varsity Lakes Community Limited.
