Zile Yu

Zile Yu is the Managing Partner of Quantum Law Group, a firm he established at just 28. His visionary leadership has propelled Quantum Law Group to remarkable heights, earning it recognition in the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2025 and topping the list for Legal and Accounting Services. The firm has also been applauded by the Australian Financial Review Fast Starters 100 in both 2024 and 2023, among more than 30 industry accolades. Alongside, Zile serves as a Consultant at Meridian Lawyers, marking a historic achievement as their youngest ever appointee to the role. He has advanced the management team's initiatives, particularly in Sydney's commercial sector. Zile's innovative spirit was evident during his tenure as Head of Innovation and Special Projects at Meridian between 2018 and 2019, where he spearheaded the development of the firm's online revenue generation strategy. His expertise extends to academia as a Lecturer at the College of Law, mentoring Partners and senior lawyers aiming to establish their own practices and meet the conditions of their NSW practising certificates. Sought after for his insights into legal technology and disruptive innovation, Zile has shared his knowledge at various conferences and through numerous publications, including the Legal Innovation & Tech Fest 2023 and the Australian LegalTech Summit 2019. He is also the Founder of Quantum Cover, a legal tech start-up highly rated as a 5-Star Service Provider by Australasian Lawyer in 2023 and 2022.
