Clare Quinn

Clare Quinn is the Legal Practitioner Director of Quinn Family Law, located on the Gold Coast. She was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008, followed by her admission to the High Court of Australia in 2009. Clare pursued her legal education at Bond University, earning her Bachelor of Laws after graduating from St Hilda’s School in Southport. With more than a decade of experience focused solely on family law, Clare possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in handling diverse matters related to divorce and separation. Her practice includes navigating complex property and financial cases, assisting high net worth individuals, and addressing intricate investment structures. Clare is also adept in managing parenting matters, which encompass care arrangements, surrogacy, relocation, child recovery, and child support. Additionally, she has substantial experience in cases involving family violence and child protection. Clare is recognised for her empathetic yet pragmatic and commercially aware approach to legal practice. She stands as a robust advocate for her clients, possessing a thorough understanding of court procedures and relevant case law in family law. While prioritising early resolution, Clare is also a skilled litigator, committed to reducing the toll of litigation on all parties involved, particularly the children. A proponent of collaborative family law practice, Clare founded Quinn Family Law in 2018, driven by her dedication to a modern, conciliatory approach. As a proud Gold Coast resident and working parent, Clare enjoys her free time with her young children, partner, family, and friends, engaging in water sports and bush camping in the Great South East. Clare continues a family tradition in law, following in the footsteps of her parents.
