His earlier tenure as a Senior Legal Officer with the Department of Defence of Australia provided him with a solid foundation in legal practice.
Rupert holds a Master of Laws in Applied Law from The College of Law Australia and completed a Notarial Practice Course in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business in International Business from the University of Technology Sydney, where he also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice.
