As the Principal of R. Simmonds & Assoc., Roslyn Simmonds brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her clients. Commencing her legal career in New South Wales in 1985 as a legal assistant, Roslyn's dedication to law was evident early on. She furthered her studies while working as an Articled Law Clerk and earned her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from QUT in 2002. Recognised for her academic excellence, she became a member of the Golden Key National Honour Society in 2000. Admitted to practice in Queensland in December 2002, Roslyn continued to enhance her qualifications, earning a Practice Management Certificate with High Distinction in 2004. Her career path extended through various legal firms in New South Wales and Queensland, leading her to the Noosa area in 1997. There, she worked with local firms until launching her own practice in May 2006. Her commitment to continuous learning saw her complete a Masters of Laws (Applied Law) with a focus on Wills and Estates in May 2017.
