Hayley Rake

Hayley Rake is an experienced lawyer with over ten years of practice in both criminal and civil law across all jurisdictions. She is known for her dedication, strategic approach, and ability to mobilise extensive resources to effectively handle complex cases. Hayley began her legal career under the guidance of a leading criminal defence barrister and media commentator in Australia, where she played a key role in several high-profile criminal trials in Sydney involving serious charges such as terrorism, murder, and drug importations. This foundational experience was further enhanced through her work with two prominent law firms, where she gained invaluable exposure to complex commercial, civil, and criminal litigation. Through her involvement in significant trial matters, Hayley has developed strong connections with some of Australia’s foremost experts and barristers, whom she can engage to support her clients’ cases when necessary. Respected by both the legal community and her clients, Hayley is recognised for her astuteness, meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness—qualities essential to guiding clients through challenging legal proceedings.
