As Director of RASAK Legal, Mike is responsible for the firm’s strategic and operational management, ensuring the business delivers structured, high-quality services for clients navigating complex cross-border matters. His leadership draws on a strong understanding of business structuring, regulatory frameworks, immigration systems and international client coordination.
