Ritika Sehgal

Ritika Sehgal, a Solicitor at our Parramatta Office, has been admitted to practise since 2018. She brings extensive experience primarily in Property Law, handling matters such as conveyancing and leases with exceptional attention to detail. Her hands-on approach ensures that each client’s needs are meticulously addressed while advancing their best interests. Prior to her current position, Ritika completed her PLT placement at Willis and Bowring, where she gained crucial skills in drafting privacy agreements and court documents, attending client conferences, and participating in mediation. She also accompanied senior lawyers to court, enhancing her practical legal experience. Ritika's legal journey began as a Legal Assistant at AuzAsia Lawyers, where her responsibilities included preparing court documents, liaising with clients, drafting contracts, and managing legal research. Her early experience also included valuable work as a Legal Associate at Kapil Sapra & Associates, where she honed skills in negotiating and drafting varied contracts, advising on compliance, and providing practical legal counsel. Academically, Ritika holds a Bachelor of Laws from Delhi University, graduating with first division honours, a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Tilburg University, where she achieved distinction, and a Diploma of Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board in Sydney. Additionally, she completed her Practical Legal Training at The College of Law Australia, earning a credit average. Ritika's comprehensive legal background and dedicated client service approach make her a valuable asset to her clients and the firm.
