Born and educated in India, Rita holds a BA and a Masters in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from the prestigious TATA Institute. She immigrated to Australia in 1984, earning a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Technology Sydney in 1990, and gained admission to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. The firm has evolved alongside legislative changes, maintaining a steadfast focus on providing empathetic, client-centred solutions in complex family law matters.
